INSTRUCTION
Post 3 favorite Stop motion videos on blog.
a. Dancing Without Moving by Nigahiga & RHPC
The stop motion video starts from somewhere in the middle. And honestly it's one of my favourite stop-motion animation even though there isn't much of a story to it. It has a comedic value to ie, and extremely high production value. They also have a behind the scenes video, and you can really see how much time and effort has gone into it. This video was created by RHPC.
I also chose this as example for the reason being that this entire stop motion was more human centric. As in the human was the central point of focus and medium in this stop-motion.
b. Ninjamelk Commercial by Nigahiga & RHPC
I think it's getting a little more clearer that I am a RHPC fan, but this stop motion is also something that really fascinates me for several reasons. The thought behind this story, is simply amazing.
It shows how Ninjamelk, being an energy drink that has newly arrived in the market (represented by the Ninja) takes on the literal giants of the Energy Drink Industry such as Red Bull, Monster , etc. It is visually represented through mixed media. The slogan "Red Bull gives you wings" is so creatively used in this action pack scene which honestly god knows took how long to shoot. (Several months).
It is super creative, engaging, with lots of humour in it. Keeps your attention glued to the screen.
b. Paper Stop Motion
There are so many amazing stop-motion videos out there with many complex storylines and animation, but this one seemed one of the easiest and do-able stop motion animation, with cute graphics.
4. Choose not more than 3 PSA topics for Final Project and post in on blog:
My chosen PSA topics are on either : Adopt-A-Pet, Animal Abuse and Volunteering.
So I have finalised it to be "Animal Abuse"
